about

Before there was an idea of a band, it was just Pete bringing his 4-track over to The Congress House to get Sean's songs down on tape. In the week after the plan formulated, Sean got three Okees (Caleb, Casey, and Chris) and one Kelsey to learn his songs and be the backing band on the recording. We took over the house living room for two days, and then would then bum rush random parties with instruments in tow to play people the set. People didn't really know what to do with punks playing country songs. Anyway, before mixdown a few solo tracks got laid down by Sean in the wee hours of the morning. Two of those round out this release.
